A colleague introduced me to OATENTIK. I loved the texture — being able to make it thinner or thicker myself — and I didn't get that bitter aftertaste I usually notice with carton oat milks. I love this product! I had been using carton oat milk which I enjoyed but had been throwing out if not all used. I hate waste. Saw this product and thought I'd give it a go. Initially I found it not sweet enough but that was compared to the sweetened oat milk that I'd been used to. A few mornings of adding to my coffee and porridge and I loved the new taste, knowing it was only good stuff I was taking. No waste, no extra preservatives, in the press ready for my next morning oat latte. I'd highly recommend this product.

Can I add it directly to hot drinks?
Yes! Just add a teaspoon or two into your hot drink and stir. You'll be amazed how easily it dissolves.
How long does it last and how do I store it?
The current batch is best before 14.03.2028. Keep the pouch closed in a cool, dry place. Once it is open, use a clean, dry scoop, press out the air, and close the pouch tightly, away from moisture and heat. Stored this way, the powder stays good until the best-before date. If it turns hard or damp, or smells different, do not use it. Once mixed, keep the drink in the fridge and use it within 3 days.
What is the pouch made of?
It is a light pouch with a strong barrier that keeps the powder dry and away from light and air, so the oat drink stays fresh without preservatives. A fully recyclable single-material pouch is in testing, but it does not yet protect a fine powder well enough, so this is the best choice for now. One pouch also replaces about 8 cartons, so it uses far less packaging.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order in 1 to 2 working days and send you a tracking number. Delivery then takes about 2 to 5 working days in Slovenia and 3 to 7 working days in the rest of the EU. Full times and rates are in our Shipping policy.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on every EU order over 35 €, so a 2-pack or a 4-pack always ships free. A single pouch has a small fee that is shown at checkout. The rate for each country is in our Shipping policy.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to let us know, and then 7 days to send the order back, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, write to support@oatentik.com. Full details are in our Refund policy.
Is there a subscription?
Yes. You can subscribe and save 20 % on every repeat order. You choose how often it arrives, and you can pause or cancel at any time.
