Terms of service
These terms cover how you use oatentik.com and buy from us. The shop is run by ADGY Collective d.o.o., Magistrova ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (support@oatentik.com). By using the site or placing an order, you are agreeing to them. Nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer under EU and Slovenian law. Those always come first.
1. Who can order
You need to be able to enter a binding contract. Our products are meant for personal use unless we have agreed otherwise.
2. Our products
We make organic oat drink powder and a few accessories. You will find the important food information (ingredients, allergens, nutrition, net quantity, storage, and best-before details) on each product page before you buy.
3. Prices and tax
Prices show in the currency you have selected and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs appear before you confirm. If we ever show a price cut, we will also show the lowest price from the previous 30 days, so you can see the real saving.
4. Your order
When you place an order, you are making us an offer to buy. The contract is set once we confirm or ship your order. Now and then we may have to decline an order, for example if something is out of stock or a price was wrong.
5. Payment
You can pay with any method shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers.
6. Delivery
Our Shipping policy covers times and costs.
7. Changing your mind
As a consumer you get 14 days to withdraw. Our Refund policy and Right of Withdrawal form explain how.
8. If something is faulty
Your goods come with the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity under ZVPot-1.
9. Subscriptions
Subscription and pre-order terms live in our Cancellation policy.
10. Playing fair
Please do not misuse the site or step on anyone's rights. Everything on the site, including our content and the OATENTIK name and logo, belongs to us or our partners, so please do not use it without asking.
11. Reviews you post
If you share a review or other content, you are giving us permission to use it on the store. It should be your own and within the law.
12. Our responsibility
We never limit our responsibility for the things the law won't let us, such as injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Beyond that, our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
13. Complaints and disputes
Email support@oatentik.com and we will do our best to put things right. Our Legal notice has the out-of-court dispute details (ZIsRPS). The EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025.
14. The legal bits
Slovenian law applies. As a consumer you still keep the mandatory protections, and where relevant the courts, of the country you live in.
15. Changes
We may update these terms now and then, and the current version always lives here. If any part does not hold up legally, the rest still stands.
