Cancelling or changing your order

We like to keep things flexible. Here is how to change or cancel an order made through a subscription or a pre-order.

Subscriptions

With a subscription you get repeat deliveries on whatever schedule you pick at checkout. You will always see the recurring price, how often you are billed, and any minimum term before you order, and again in your confirmation email. Nothing is hidden.

  • We securely store your payment method and charge it for each delivery, unless you have paid in advance.
  • You can pause, change, or cancel any time before your next billing date, and it is as easy as signing up was. Just use the link in your confirmation email or your account.
  • Your 14-day right to withdraw applies to your first subscription order too. See our Refund policy and the Right of Withdrawal form.

Pre-orders

A pre-order lets you reserve something that is coming soon or briefly out of stock.

  • We may take the full amount or just a deposit at checkout. If it is a deposit, we charge the rest once your item is ready to ship.
  • You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships.
  • Once it has shipped we can't cancel it, but you may still be able to return it under our Refund policy.
