Who oversees us

For consumer protection and online sales, that is the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia (Tržni inšpektorat RS). For data protection, it is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec RS).

If we can't see eye to eye

As the Slovenian Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS) asks us to state plainly: ADGY Collective d.o.o. does not currently recognise a specific out-of-court dispute-resolution body for consumer disputes, but you are still free to approach a registered one. (The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025.)
