Shipping
We want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises. Here is everything about how we process, price, and deliver your order.
Order processing
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is on its way, we send you a tracking number so you can follow it.
Delivery times
Estimated transit times once your order has shipped:
- Slovenia: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 3 to 7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4 to 8 business days
- Other destinations: times may vary
These are estimates. Actual delivery can vary with the carrier and destination, especially during busy periods.
Shipping rates and free shipping
- Slovenia: free over 35 €; 3.50 € with GLS below 35 €; local pickup is free.
- Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg: free over 35 €; 6.00 € below 35 €.
- Spain, Portugal, France: free over 35 €; 7.00 € below 35 €.
- Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia: free over 35 €; 4.90 € below 35 €.
- Sweden, Finland, Ireland: free over 35 €; 9.00 € below 35 €.
- Norway: free over 50 €; 16.00 € below 50 €.
Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout, based on your address and cart total.
UK customers
OATENTIK is not registered for UK VAT. Orders ship from Slovenia (EU), so UK import VAT (20%) and any courier handling fees may be charged on delivery by local customs. Your invoice will state: "VAT not charged. Exported from EU. UK import VAT and courier fees may apply."
Customs and duties
For destinations outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility. If a parcel is refused and returned because customs or VAT charges were not paid, we refund the goods minus our shipping costs, handled case by case. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal, which we always honour.
