What is OATENTIK made of?

OATENTIK contains only 2 ingredients: organic EU oats and a natural enzyme (α-amylase). No oils, no gums, no stabilizers, no added sugar.

Is this just powdered oats?

No. Regular blended oats don't dissolve well and separate quickly. OATENTIK is gently processed so it mixes smoothly, has a naturally mild sweetness, and works in coffee without clumping. Same base ingredient, but very different result.

What does it taste like?

It has a clean, mild oat taste. If you're used to barista oat milk (with oils and additives), it may feel lighter at first. Most people adjust the ratio slightly and don't go back after a few uses.

Mix 10–12 g of powder per 100 ml water, then shake, blend, or stir. That's it.

Can I use it in coffee?

Yes. It's designed to work in coffee. For best results, use 10–15 g per 100 ml and froth or shake briefly. It creates a clean, stable foam without oils.

Can I cook and bake with it?

Yes. Use it as a 1:1 replacement for milk. Works well in sauces, soups, pancakes, and baking. It's heat stable and doesn't behave unpredictably.

How much drink do I get from one pack?

Approximately 8 liters per pack, depending on how creamy you make it.

Why is it more expensive than supermarket oat milk?

Supermarket cartons are mostly water plus additives. With OATENTIK, you're buying the actual ingredient (oats), there's no waste (mix only what you need), and no additives. With 2 packs and a subscription, the price per liter is comparable or lower than premium oat milks.

Is it safe for allergies?

Yes. It is dairy-free, lactose-free, egg-free, nut-free, and soy-free. Produced under controlled conditions to avoid cross-contamination.

Does it contain calcium or vitamins?

No added vitamins or fortification. It's intentionally clean and minimal. If you need calcium, it should come from other sources in your diet.

How long does it last?

The powder has a long shelf life of several months and requires no refrigeration. Once prepared, the drink is best used within 2–3 days in the fridge.

Why is the shaker and scoop included?

They're included in your first order for free to make preparation easy. You can remove them from subsequent orders if you don't need them.
