Privacy policy

Your trust means a lot to us, so here is a plain rundown of what we do with your data. The company responsible (the "controller") is ADGY Collective d.o.o., Magistrova ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Questions any time: info@oatentik.com.

What we collect

  • Your name, billing and shipping address, email, and phone number.
  • Your order and payment details. Card details go straight to our payment providers, so we never see or store them.
  • Your account and any messages you send us.
  • Basic usage and cookie data. Our Cookie Policy has the detail.

Why we use it

We only use your data for clear reasons. The law calls these our "legal bases":

  • To process your order, deliver it, and look after your account. We need this to do what we promised.
  • To help you when you get in touch.
  • To take payment and prevent fraud.
  • To keep proper accounting and tax records, which the law requires.
  • To send you marketing emails, but only if you opted in, and you can opt out any time.
  • To run analytics and advertising cookies, only with your consent.
  • To keep the store secure and make it better.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted partners who help us run the shop, each under a data-processing agreement: Shopify (our store platform), payment providers such as Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna, delivery couriers such as GLS, FedEx, InPost and Packeta, our email tool (Klaviyo), analytics and advertising (Google and Meta), and review apps.

Sending data outside the EU

Some of those partners are based in the United States. When your data travels outside the EEA, we make sure it is protected by approved safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU to US Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep it

We keep order and accounting records for as long as Slovenian tax law requires, account data until you close your account, and marketing data until you opt out.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, take a copy with you, or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Just email info@oatentik.com. If you are ever unhappy, you can also complain to Slovenia's data-protection authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec RS).

Cookies and automated decisions

Our Cookie Policy covers cookies. We do not make decisions about you that have legal effects using software alone. Some advertising may tailor what you see, but only with your consent.

Children

Our shop is not aimed at children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Updates

If we change this policy, you will always find the current version right here.
