Step 1 — Enzymatic Hydrolysis (the taste)
A food-grade amylase (non-animal) gently converts part of oat starch into natural oat sugars (maltose + oligosaccharides). That’s the subtle sweetness and round body—no sugar added. Enzyme is then heat-deactivated.
You notice: smooth taste; “quiet” flavor that lets your espresso, matcha, fruit, or spices lead.
Step 2 — Spray-Dry Technology (the texture)
The liquid base is spray-dried into micro-fine particles for fast dissolve, a silky mouthfeel, and foam that holds with a simple frother. Controlled temperatures help retain oat aroma and β-glucans while avoiding scorched notes.
