OATENTIK Friends,the terms.

Short, and all of it. These conditions cover the OATENTIK Friends customer referral programme.

  1. Who may take part: private customers with a delivered OATENTIK order. Not companies, not lead generation services, and not people who want to run paid ads to the link.
  2. How a referral is counted: only through your personal link or code, and only on your friend's first order.
  3. Who counts as a friend: someone whose email address has never ordered from OATENTIK. Each person can be referred once.
  4. Minimum order: 25 EUR net, the two pouch box or larger.
  5. What your friend gets: one OATENTIK Matcha 300 g, free, added to that first order.
  6. What you get: one OATENTIK Matcha 300 g free on your next order, plus the milestone gifts at three, five and ten friends.
  7. When a reward becomes valid: fourteen days after your friend's order is delivered.
  8. How long a reward lasts: twelve months from the day it becomes valid, then it lapses.
  9. Rewards are product. They are never money, never store credit, and they cannot be exchanged, sold or passed on.
  10. One code per order. A referral gift does not combine with a campaign discount.
  11. Cancellation: if your friend's order is refunded, cancelled or returned, the reward falls away.
  12. Abuse: referring yourself, matching addresses or devices, unusual volume and paid traffic to the link lead to a hold and can end participation. OATENTIK decides these cases and tells you why.
  13. Partner Programme members earn partner commission, not customer referral rewards.
  14. Data: we store your code, the orders it brought in and the rewards it earned. The paragraph below says what that means and how long it stays.
  15. OATENTIK may change or end the programme with thirty days notice. Rewards that are already valid are honoured.

What we store, and for how long

We store your referral code and the email address it belongs to, the orders that came in on it, and the rewards it earned. The code stays while you take part; order and reward records stay as long as the tax rules for orders require. On oatentik.com two small first party files sit in your browser: one keeps the code you arrived with, for thirty days, and one keeps a random device number used only to spot self referral, for ninety days. Neither is shared outside OATENTIK and neither follows you to other sites. Write to us and we switch your code off, after which the link stops working; records already tied to orders stay for accounting.
