Invoice on the 1st

We match new customers to your code and link, and email the statement on the 1st for the month before. You invoice, we pay in 15 days.

Why there’s no app in the middle

Most brands run this through an affiliate platform: a monthly fee for the link tracking, an account for you to log into, and a threshold to clear before the money moves. We do the tracking ourselves and pay against your invoice. Nothing to log into, no minimum before you can have it.

  • €12 per new customer, flat. Once per customer, ever. Repeat orders are not paid again.
  • A qualifying first order is €25 or more of products after discounts, before shipping.
  • A new customer is an email address that has never ordered from OATENTIK, in the whole history of the store.
  • Your link and your code are permanent and issued in your name.
  • Statement on the 1st for the month before. You invoice. We pay within 15 days.

  • We can change these terms with 30 days notice, and customers already counted are paid at the terms in force when they ordered.

Questions we get

Why do I need a company?
Because we pay against invoices, and that is the one thing we cannot be flexible on. A registered business with a tax or VAT number can invoice us and be paid cleanly; a private person cannot, and paying one properly would cost you more than the payout. If you are in the middle of registering, apply anyway and say so in the form.
What counts as a new customer?
An email address that has never ordered from OATENTIK before, anywhere in the whole history of the store, not just this year and not just your country. One payout per customer, ever. If the same person comes back and orders again, that is a repeat order and it is not paid a second time. The first order also has to be €25 or more of products after discounts, and it has to stay: refunded and cancelled orders drop out.
Why a flat €12 and not a percentage?
Because you are paid for the introduction, not for the size of somebody’s basket. There is no maths at your end, no month where the rate quietly moves, and no reason to push the biggest box at people who want the small one. Ten new customers is €120, whatever they ordered.
Why does my code give a gift and not a discount?
A gift is worth saying out loud: your people get one OATENTIK Matcha 300 g free with their first order of €25 or more, on top of what they were buying anyway. A discount is worth copying. Codes that cut the price end up on coupon sites within a week, where they are used by people who were already on their way to checkout, and then nobody can tell what you actually brought in.
How do I know my customers were counted?
The statement on the 1st gives you the month, the number of customers counted and the amount due. Ask and you get the same customers line by line, with the order date and the country, so you can line it up against what you posted and when. Neither carries names or email addresses, because those belong to the customer. If a line looks wrong, tell us within 30 days and we go through it with you.
Which countries does this work in?
The countries listed at checkout: most of the European Union, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States. The store speaks 13 languages and shipped to 28 countries in the last 12 months, so a post in German, Slovenian, Hungarian or English all lands somewhere that can order.
Can I be dropped?
Yes. Posts that hide the partnership, orders you place through your own code, and codes handed to coupon sites end it. You get the reason in writing, and anything already earned and cleared is still paid.
