OATENTIK® mixes into a smooth, naturally sweet oat drink in 10–15 seconds—with a neutral, “quiet” flavor that works in kavi, matchi, smoothiejima i pečenju.

Step 1 — Enzymatic Hydrolysis (the taste)
A food-grade amylase (non-animal) gently converts part of oat starch into prirodne šećere iz zobi (maltozu + oligosaharide). That’s the suptilnu slatkoću i punu teksturu — bez dodanog šećera.. Enzyme is then toplinski deaktivira.

Step 2 — Spray-Dry Technology (the texture)
