Qualche trucco se vuoi sperimentare:
👉 Aggiungi un pizzico di sale + un po' più di polvere — dà più corpo.
👉 Montalo a schiuma (ugello vapore o montalatte manuale) — la consistenza si avvicina molto a quella che sei abituata.
👉 C'è chi lo frulla con un dattero o un goccio di burro di frutta secca per un tocco extra cremoso.

Ma mi piace molto che tu abbia già trovato il tuo modo di usarlo — gelato, porridge, smoothie, viaggi… è esattamente lì che il formato in polvere dà il meglio di sé. 🙌

Couple of tricks if you want to play with it:
👉 Add a pinch of salt + a little extra powder — brings out more body.
👉 Froth it (steam wand or hand frother) — texture gets much closer to what you’re used to.
👉 Some people blend it with a date or a splash of nut butter if they want that extra creamy kick.

But I love that you’ve already found your own groove with it — ice cream, porridge, smoothies, travel… that’s exactly where the powder format really shines. 🙌

Il rapporto sulla confezione è solo un suggerimento — molte persone (soprattutto gli amanti del caffè) ne mettono un po' di più per una texture più cremosa. Un pizzico di sale può anche esaltare la dolcezza naturale dell'avena, un po' come condire il cibo.

Siamo contenti che tu la trovi piacevole e comoda — e anche se preferisci un mix leggermente più ricco, il costo per tazza è più o meno lo stesso rispetto alle bevande d'avena in brick di buona qualità — ma senza sprechi né additivi 💛.

The ratio on the pack is just a recommendation — a lot of people (especially coffee drinkers) go a bit heavier for a creamier texture. A pinch of salt can also bring out the natural oat sweetness, kind of like seasoning food.

Happy you find it pleasant and convenient — and even if you like a slightly richer mix, it still works out about the same per cup compared to good quality carton oat drinks — just without the waste or additives 💛.

Abbiamo sentito anche il tuo commento sulla distanza di trasporto — ed è qualcosa su cui stiamo lavorando attivamente. Man mano che cresciamo, il nostro piano è di creare hub locali in modo che il prodotto non debba viaggiare così tanto. 🌍

Detto questo, una piccola bustina sostituisce 8 L di cartoni, e il peso e il volume sono minimi in confronto. Anche se arriva da 300 km di distanza, viaggia sempre insieme a migliaia di altri pacchi — quindi tutta quella strada non è percorsa solo per una bustina. 😄

We also hear you on the travel distance — and that’s something we’re actively working on. As we grow, our plan is to set up local hubs so the product doesn’t have to travel so far. 🌍

That said, one small pouch replaces 8L of cartons, and the weight/volume is tiny in comparison. Even if it ships from 300 km away, it’s always traveling together with thousands of other parcels — so it’s not like all that distance is just for one pouch. 😄

A proposito dei pancakes — che tempismo! Proprio ieri ne ho preparati per mio figlio e mia moglie. All'inizio entrambi hanno detto che non avevano molta fame, così ho fatto l'impasto per circa 8 pancakes di medie dimensioni. Alla fine ne ho mangiato solo uno anch'io, perché li hanno divorati. 😅 Un piccolo consiglio se ci provi: il tipo di farina fa la differenza. Ho usato la farina Manitoba (la stessa usata per le famose pizze qui da noi), che dà ai pancakes una struttura super soffice. Tieni solo d'occhio la padella — si possono dorare in fretta. 🔥🥞

About the pancakes — funny timing! Just yesterday I made some for my son and my wife. At first they both said they weren’t that hungry, so I made a base for about 8 mid-sized pancakes. In the end, I only got to eat one myself because they loved them so much. 😅 One little tip if you try: the type of flour matters. I used Manitoba flour (the same one used for those famous pizzas here), which gives the pancakes a super fluffy structure. Just keep an eye on the pan — they can brown quickly. 🔥🥞

Grazie per il tuo feedback così attento 🙏 – sono contento che la semplicità e l'assenza di cartoni ti convincano. 🌍 La libertà di preparare esattamente quello che ti serve è uno dei punti di forza, e 3 misurini per 500 ml vanno benissimo se è quello che preferisce il tuo palato. Molte persone abituate a bevande d'avena più ricche, in stile barista con oli e sale, all'inizio preferiscono una concentrazione leggermente più alta.

Sul prezzo — ti capisco. Rispetto alle bevande d'avena premium in cartone (spesso ~3,50 €/L qui in Slovenia), siamo in linea, ma poiché il nostro prodotto è fatto di puro avena e enzima senza riempitivi, confezionato in piccoli lotti, il costo al kg appare diverso. Man mano che cresciamo, il nostro obiettivo è scalare la produzione e migliorare le condizioni di spedizione per trasferire questi risparmi a voi.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback 🙏 - I’m glad the simplicity and no-carton benefit resonate with you. 🌍 The flexibility of making just what you need is one of the best parts, and 3 scoops per 500 ml is totally fine if that’s what your taste buds enjoy. Many people who were used to richer, barista-style drinks with oils/salt find they like a slightly higher concentration at first.

On price — I hear you. Compared to premium carton oat drinks (often ~3,5€/L here in Slovenia), we’re right in line, but because ours is pure oats + enzyme with no fillers, and packed in small-batch pouches, the cost/kg looks different. As we grow, our goal is to scale production and improve shipping terms so we can pass those savings back to you.
