OATENTIK® mixes into a smooth, naturally sweet oat drink in 10–15 seconds—with a neutral, “quiet” flavor that works in caffè, matcha, smoothie e impasti.

Step 1 — Enzymatic Hydrolysis (the taste)
A food-grade amylase (non-animal) gently converts part of oat starch into zuccheri naturali dell’avena (maltosio + oligosaccaridi). That’s the dolcezza delicata e corpo rotondo—senza zuccheri aggiunti. Enzyme is then disattivato dal calore.

Step 2 — Spray-Dry Technology (the texture)
