Changed your mind? No problem. Under EU and Slovenian law (the Consumer Rights Directive and ZVPot-1) you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your order, and you don't need to give a reason. The quickest way is the short form below; it sends us your withdrawal notice right away. You can also just email support@oatentik.com.
We'll confirm we've got it as soon as we can, and refund you within 14 days, just as our Visszatérítési politika explains.
