OATENTIK Facts: Organic Oat Drink Powder, Shipping & Certifications
A quick reference to the key facts about OATENTIK organic oat drink powder.
What OATENTIK is
OATENTIK is an organic oat drink powder. You mix it with water to make fresh oat drink at home, so there is no carton to store, no waste, and you make only what you need. One 800 g pouch makes about 8 litres of oat drink.
Ingredients
The oat drink powder is made from just two ingredients: organic EU oats and a natural plant-based enzyme (alpha-amylase) that unlocks the oats' own creaminess.
It contains no added oils, gums, emulsifiers, stabilisers, preservatives or added sugar. It is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and lactose-free.
How to prepare it
Fill a glass or shaker with water first, then add the powder on top to avoid clumping. Use about 10 to 12 g of powder per 100 ml of water, then shake, blend or froth for a few seconds. Add more powder for a creamier drink or more water for a lighter one. Keep prepared oat drink in the fridge and use within 2 to 3 days.
Coffee and barista use
Because there are no added oils or acidity regulators, prepare it with a shaker or a small frother rather than a spoon. Mix the powder with water first, then froth for around 15 seconds for a clean, stable foam that works in cappuccinos and lattes.
OATENTIK Matcha Latte
The OATENTIK Matcha Latte blends ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha with organic oat drink powder — a creamy, naturally sweet matcha latte with no whisk, no dairy and no added sugar. Each pouch contains about 15 servings.
How to prepare: add 1 scoop (25 g) to 150 ml of hot water and froth for a few seconds — your matcha latte is ready. For an iced version, shake with cold water and pour over ice.
